Booking policy

In order to confirm and guarantee the reservation we require full payment at the time of booking charged on debit/ credit card.
*Bank transfer is possible for longer stays.


Payment can be made by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or UK debit cards. Please note that payment by credit or debit card is subject to a surcharge of 2% and AMEX - 2.95%

Cancellation Prior to arrival
-Stays of 1-6 nights - 72 hours notice
-Stays of 7-27 nights - 7 days notice
-Stays of 28 nights plus - 14 days notice
*Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing

Cancellation After Arrival
-1-6 nights - no cancellation
-7 nights + - 14 nights notice
*May be subject to an increased rate if stay is shorter than original booking period

Extension
If your initial booking is for 60 nights plus, you will have an option to extend. 14 days notice is required to guarantee an extension to a current stay and extensions requested less than 14 days in advance are subject to availability. For initial bookings less than 60 nights, requests for extensions will be subject to availability.
